Vance E. Davis, Jr.

Vance is a Director in the workers’ compensation department. Vance is a graduate of Syracuse University (B.A., 2014) and graduated cum laude from Widener University School of Law (J.D., 2018).

At Widener, Vance served as Bluebook Editor for the Widener Law Review, earned a place on the Moot Court Honor Society by winning “Best Oralist” in the Distinguished Jurist Competition.

Vance focuses his practice on defending self-insured employers, insurance carriers and Third Party Administrators from case inception through trial and appeal. Vance has successfully litigated complex workers’ compensation issues before the Industrial Accident Board and throughout the courts in Delaware.
